摘要
Unsymmetrical, multiply bridging ligands are suitable building blocks for the construction of large ligand–metal frameworks. The nonpolymeric copper(II) complex 1 containing the most copper centers to date was obtained with D‐sorbitol. It contains sixfold and fourfold deprotonated sorbitol. The copper atoms form four groups, within which the atoms are antiferromagnetically coupled even at room temperature. (Formula Presented.) Copyright © 1995 by VCH Verlagsgesellschaft mbH, Germany
