摘要
Some methods are compared to produce a continuously tunable CO2 high power emission with narrow linewidth without power reduction and optical damage. The best configuration allows 5-10 GHz etalon fine tuning around a coarse frequency which can be tuned about 1500 GHz in the 9.2-10.7 mum region, with less than 300 MHz linewidth.
