The hole drift mobility of DPH (p-diphenylaminobenzaldehyde-diphenyl hydrazone) dispersed molecularly in a polymeric matrix was analyzed in the framework of small polaron hopping model. The dependence of the zero-electric field hole mobility on molecular spacing of dopant R, exhibited a transition from adiabatic to non-adiabatic small polaron hopping regime with increasing R, different from the reported result for DEH (p-diethylamino-benzaldehyde-diphenyl hydrazone), one of hydrazone derivatives, which showed non-adiabatic small polaron hopping independently of R. The difference in the hopping behavior was discussed in terms of the molecular structure of dopants.
