DOMAIN REORIENTATION BY POLING OF PZT CERAMICS IN THE MORPHOTROPIC PHASE-BOUNDARY REGION

摘要
PZT ceramics of composition in the morphotropic phase boundary region are prepared and poled at d.c. fields of different strength. The domain reorientation by poling is studied by X-ray diffraction. A method to calculate the non-180-degrees domain switching percentage in the ceramics of two-phase coexistence is proposed.
