摘要
When 17-acetoxy-kolavenol acetate was subjected to biotransformation with Mucor plumbeus, the substrate was deacylated and converted into 17,19-dihydroxy-kolavenol, 3,4,17-trihydroxy-3alpha,4beta-dihydro-kolavenol, and an isomeric mixture of 13,17,19-trihydroxy-clerod-14,15-ene. The three compounds were identified as their acetate derivatives.
