ACTIVE LIGHT-INDUCED THERMAL FREQUENCY STABILIZATION OF MONOLITHIC INTEGRATED TWISTED-MODE-CAVITY NDYAG LASER

摘要
A method for the frequency stabilisation of diode pumped solid-state lasers is suggested. The frequency drift of a monolithic integrated twisted-mode-cavity Nd: YAG laser has been compensated for by light absorption which induces temperature and frequency variations. The resulting frequency jitter was reduced to below 30 kHz, i.e. a relative frequency stability of DELTAv/v congruent-to 10(-10) was achieved.
