摘要
The ‘modes’ of triple core nonlinear couplers are used to construct a bifurcation diagram from which the novel physics is revealed. Amplification is possible for arbitrarily low power, even for touching cores, where the third core acts as a ‘parasitic’ element. © 1990, The Institution of Electrical Engineers. All rights reserved.
