摘要
The electronic properties of a large number of quasicrystals in MgAlAg, MgGaZn, MgAlCu and MgAlZn, all of which are characterized by sp-electrons at the Fermi level, have been studied. A comparison with the data for sp-electron amorphous alloys revealed that the scattering mechanism deduced from the ρ{variant}-T dependence is essentially the same in both cases, whereas the behavior of the Hall coefficient and the thermoelectric power is unique and inherent to quasicrystals. © 1990.
