摘要：

This paper shows how to automatically construct a classification of users and a clustering of documents on the basis of users' information needs, that is, how to create clusters of documents and cross references among clusters using users'search requests. The paper also addresses a question of feedback in the construction of this classification and clustering so that the classification can be changed over time to reflect the changing needs of the users.
