摘要
The kinetics of cross-desorption of carbon monoxide from a palladium-on-alumina catalyst caused by a pulse of ethyne at 30-degrees-C and atmospheric pressure is shown to be described by the rate equation r = k-alpha-beta-p(C2H2)-alpha THETA-CO-beta with k-alpha-beta = 2.07.10(-3) s-1Pa-0.56, alpha = 0.56 and beta = 2.0. Different mechanisms are proposed to explain the kinetic properties of the cross-desorption.
