摘要
Nonlinear second harmonic generation (SHG) and sum frequency generation (SFG) laser spectroscopies have been applied along with conventional surface analytical techniques to study the gaseous interactions on diamond surfaces. Recent results relevant to diamond CVD processes are discussed.
