摘要
The deformation potentials corresponding to uniaxial, hydrostatic stress and Raman phonons are calculated with the LMTO-method for the GAMMA //2//5, and GAMMA //1//5 states of the direct gap of diamond. They are compared with the results of other calculations and with available experimental data.
