摘要
A new type of transducer for in vivo applications is presented. Different ultramicroelectrode array structures having defined properties with regard to diffusion processes are described. Their electrochemical behaviour is tested and compared to that of conventional microelectrodes. It is shown that the advantages of a single microelectrode can be transferred to certain array electrodes. A complete sensor device for the determination of oxygen is built up in a flow cell and shows good results with regard to response time, linearity and reproducibility.
