摘要
The effect of substituting, e.g., La for 'Pb in PLT or SN for Ti in BaTi03 is compared with the stabilization of the high temperature (cubic and tetragonal) phases of zirconia by adding Y,03 or CaO. The supposed cause of parent-phase stabilization is discussed. The well investigated properties of fully cubically stabilized perovskites are summarized. From the analogy between field induced ferroelectric phase transitions in such system and stress induced martensitic transformations conclusions are drawn with respect to diffuse phase transition in partially cubically stabilized perovskites as well as to the behaviour during polarization reversal and to the small-signal (dielectric and electromechanical) properties of these ferroelectrics which have been explained until now only by 90 -type domain walls. © 1990, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
