摘要
The velocity of sound wave propagation and attenuation of molten CuX(X=Cl, Br, I) and CuX2(X=Cl, Br) have been measured. The adiabatic compressibilities derived from these sound velocities are discussed in terms of ionic sizes of X ions and of the view point of mixed character of covalent and ionic bonding natures. The bulk viscosities of molten silver halides derived from the sound attenuations are also analysed in terms of the activation process. © 1990.
