摘要
Charge carrier photogeneration in amorphous and crystalline films of poly (N-vinylcarbazole) was investigated as a function of the electric field and temperature for 254 and 355 nm irradiation by the photoinduced discharge current method. A photogeneration model including exciton trapping in excimer-forming sites is proposed. The initial distribution of electron-hole separation radii is described by the Gaussian function with the distribution parameters 0.6 and 0.8 nm in amorphous and 0.5 and 0.6 nm in crystalline films for the 355 and 254 nm irradiation, respectively.
