摘要
The ν2 and ν3 fundamental absorption bands of the HO2 radical were measured at 0.01-cm-1 resolution using a high resolution Fourier transform spectrometer. HO2 radicals were produced in a fast flow long path absorption cell using two independent sources: (1) F + H2O2 → HF + HO2 and (2) Cl + CH3OH → HCl + CH2OH followed by O2 + CH2OH → CH2O + HO2. Approximately 400 and 770 transitions have been assigned and analyzed in the ν2 and ν3 bands, respectively, to obtain improved molecular parameters for HO2 in the ν2 = 1 and ν3 = 1 levels. © 1992.
