摘要
The dielectric properties of nano-particles of CdS are studied over a temperature range from 300 to 500 K. Dielectric constant, dielectric loss, and ac conductivity of nano-particles of CdS are found to be larger than those of the bulk single crystals. Dielectric properties of composites consisting of nano-particles of Ag of different concentrations dispersed in nano-particles of CdS are also studied.
