摘要
Three polar metabolites were formed from (RS)-[2-C-14]Me ABA when it was fed to sunflower (Helianthus annuus) leaves. They were isolated by HPLC and then rechromatographed as acetylated derivatives and characterized by spectrometry. The most abundant, was the 7'-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside of (R)-7'-hydroxy abscisic acid Me ester. The isomer: 1'-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside, principally of (S)-7'-hydroxy abscisic acid Me ester and the 8'-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside of (S)-8'-hydroxy-abscisic acid Me ester were also present.
