摘要
The temperature dependence of the elastic stiffness coefficients c(aa), c(bb) and c(cc) of (CH3NH3)5Bi2Cl11 and (CH3NH3)5Bi2Br11 single crystals have been measured near the para-ferroelectric phase transition using the ultrasonic technique. It was found that the anomalous part of the ultrasonic velocities DELTA-upsilon(bb) (b-axis) and DELTA-upsilon(cc), (c-polar axis) are proportional to log (T - T(c)). This type of the critical behaviour is the same as the usual ferroelectrics.
