The specific heat capacity of CF3CHFCF3 was measured at pressures up to 15 MPa with two flow calorimeters of high accuracy. The Joule-Thomson-coefficient was measured at pressures between 0.6 MPa and 15 MPa with a new flow calorimeter. The temperature range of the experiments was 253 K to 423 K. The critical region (Tc = 375.1 K; pc = 2.95 MPa) and the regions of the maxima of the isotherms and isobars were studied with high effort. The comprehensive results are a basis for the determination of the enthalpy as a function of temperature and pressure. © 1992 Academic Press Limited All rights reserved.
