摘要
The aim of this paper is to show microstructural changes with aging of iron-rich Fe-Si-Al ordered ternary alloys and to propose phase diagrams of the ternary system. Stable structures of Fe-Si-Al ternary alloys and Fe-Si and Fe-Al binary alloys containing up to about 40 at% solute atoms were investigated by means of transmission electron microscopy. The phase separation in the Fe-Si-Al and Fe-Si alloys produce a modulated structure which differs from the morphology formed by the phase separation of the Fe-Al system.
