摘要
The electrical conductivity and the Seebeck coefficient of p-type CoO doped with Li have been measured on ceramic samples in the temperature region 150°-1300°K. It is concluded that the large temperature-dependence of the conductivity is almost completely determined by the change in the charge-carrier concentration. In order to calculate from the measurements the drift mobility μD as a function of temperature two extreme cases for the temperature dependence of the density of 3tates Nr are assumed, viz Nv is constant and Nv proportional to T 3 2. In the discussion the results of Hall-effect measurements are also considered. © 1969.
