摘要
An oscillatory instability followed by a subharmonics cascade and chaotic emission is observed from an optically pumped single-mode, traveling wave NH//3-laser at 81. 5 mu m wavelength. The laser is designed to realize clear experimental conditions to allow quantitative comparisons with theoretical calculations.
