摘要
The paper reports on doping studies performed on the polymer formed from 1,6-dicarbazolyl-hexadiyne (DCH). Results are reported for initial conductivities final conductivity under SbF//5 vapor, the conductivity in air and the ratios of the initial and final values for four samples. The results are consistent with interaction of the SbF//5 and DCH primarily occurring at the polymer surface. It was found that the primary obstacle to obtaining high conductivities in the DCH polydiacetylene is the inability to drive the dopant into the crystal lattice so that it can interact with all the DCH chains.
