摘要
We report on the far-infrared reflectivity and absorptivity of high quality YBa2Cu3O7-δ thin films. The absorptivity can be characterized by three contributions: free carriers absorption that disappears below Tc an absorption process that sets in near 400 cm-1 (2Δ/kBTc ≈ 6) and is almost independent of temperature and, a rest absorption at small frequencies that is present at very low temperatures. © 1990, Elsevier Science Publishers B.V.
