摘要
Five ferulic acid conjugates have been isolated from callus cultures of Beta vulgaris. They were identified by H-1/C-13 NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry as the known 1-O-(E)-feruloyl-beta-glucopyranoside and the known, here fully characterized for the first time, beta-D-fructofuranosyl-alpha-(6-O-[E]-feruloylglucopyranoside) as well as 6-O-(E)-feruloyl-beta-glucopyranoside, 1-O-(E)-feruloyl-3-alpha-glucuronosylglycerol and N-(E)-feruloylaspartic acid. In addition the known betacyanins betanin and feruloylbetanin (lampranthin II) were identified by co-chromatography with reference compounds. Lampranthin II was further identified by spectroscopic methods.
