摘要
Small amounts of Fe, Ca, and Al impurities in YBa2Cu3O7-x single crystals, which originate from the starting materials and from crucibles, result in a decrease of the transition temperature. In addition, the impurities enhance pinning forces and influence the anisotropic pinning effect of twin boundaries.
