摘要
In this work, separations of a He-CO//2 gas mixture by means of a porous glass membrane in cocurrent flow were measured over a temperature range of 296 to 947 K. A theoretical analysis was made by use of the diffusion equation as a function of temperature previously obtained by the authors.
