摘要
The in vitro activity of formation of 2-deoxy-scyllo-inosose, the earliest intermediate of the 2-deoxystreptamine biosynthesis, was confirmed in the precipitate fraction obtained by 30 approximately 45% saturation of ammonium sulfate from the 15,000 x g supernatant of the sonicated Streptomyces fradiae IFO 13147 cells.
