ESTIMATION OF THE SURFACE-TOPOGRAPHY FROM MONOCULAR ENDOSCOPIC IMAGES

摘要
An approach is proposed to estimate an object's surface topography from monocular endoscopic images. In this approach the relative movement between the object and the endoscope is used for the estimation. After detecting disparities between images, the relative movement and the surface topography are sequentially estimated. Experimental results obtained with the method are also presented.
