摘要
Occurrence of the lithium outdiffusion phenomenon during thermal treatment in dry O2 is prevented by use of dehydrated LiNbO3 crystal. Microscopic and spectroscopic observations, as well as refractive index measurement showing a many advantages of this method are reported.
