Synthesis by vaporization-condensation and characterization of (gamma)-Fe2O3, In2O3, SnO2, ZnO and Zr1-xYxO2-delta

摘要
Several nanophases have been prepared by vaporization-condensation in a solar image furnace : binary oxides such a s gamma-Fe2O3, In2O3, SnO2, ZnO and ternary oxides such as Zr1-xYxO2-delta. The vapor-condensates have been characterized by X-ray diffraction and Transmission Electron Microscopy. Particle shapes and size distributions have been determined; strains, structural defects have been observed. The nanostructure characteristics have been related to the thermokinetics conditions of the elaboration process which have been modelized.
