摘要
Some adhesion proteins such as polylysines with different molecular weights, rat-tail collagen, histones, protamine-like protein from mussel tissues, fetal calf serum and fibronectin were shown to intensify attachment and the RNA synthesis of cultured marine invertebrate cells. The most pronounced effect was observed for embryonic cells. Its RNA synthetic activity increased from 3 to 40-fold depending on the type of substratum. The best substratum for cells of molluscan embryos was collagen. Favourable substrata for embryonic cells of echinoderms appeared to be polylysines with a molecular weight above 100 kD. Using an effective substratum, we obtained from marine invertebrate embryos primary cell cultures surviving for 4-6 months.
