摘要
To study the metabolism of 5-Fluoro- and 6-Fluoro-L- and -D-dopa in organotypic brain cell cultures, the enantiomers of 5-Fluoro- and 6-Fluoro-D/L-dopa were separated. Commercial chiral columns CHIRALPAK WH showed excellent separation results for this system. The separation remained constant for more than 60 consecutive runs which implies the use of this column also for preparative purposes.
