摘要
Information on ferroelectric transitions, crystalline and amorphous phases, structural defects and anomalies at the Curie point can be detected and analysed in polymeric materials by several techniques. We will present some caracteristic results obtained on ferroelectric polymers and copolymers to illustrate the more usefull techniques: Near infrared far infrared and Submillimeter Spectroscopy Submillimeter Dielectric Spectroscopy High Resolution X Ray Diffraction - Small angle X Ray Scattering NMR techniques - Neutron Scattering, Quasi Elastic Neutron Scattering Second Harmonic Generation of Light Brillouin Scattering Thermal Analysis (DSC, ATD..) Others
