EFFECT OF COUNTER-ANION EXCHANGE ON ELECTRICAL-CONDUCTIVITY OF POLYPYRROLE FILMS

摘要
The effect of counter anions on the electrical conductivity of polypyrrole films was investigated. Various anions including inorganic anions, sulfonates and carboxylates were introduced according to the counter-anion exchange method. PF6- in the parent film was replaced completely by the anions of various strong acids. Although some structural modification was observed, the conductivity remained substantially unchanged.
