INSITU-PREPARATION OF BI2SR2CACU2OY-THIN FILMS BY DC-SPUTTERING

We report the preparation of Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+delta-thin films on (100)-SrTiO3 substrates by a sample DC-sputtering method in high pressure oxygen atmosphere. The inductively measured T(c onset) reaches values up to 86 K. Films were characterized by X-ray diffraction in Bragg-Brentano- and Seeman-Bohlin-configuration; transport measurements were performed. In detail, we studied resistive transitions for B parallel-to c and B perpendicular-to c in magnetic fields up to 6 T, the angular dependence of rho(ab) near T(c) and the critical current density j(c) at 77 K.
