摘要
The authors have studied the influence of methanol on cobalt carbonyls under the conditions of the catalytic reactions, e. g. elevated temperatures and pressures, using on-line IR and UV spectroscopy. A description is given of results obtained for the system cobalt carbonyl/methanol/CO/H//2 and the influence of olefins and KI. The consequences of findings on the mechanisms of the homologation of methanol and the hydroformylation are also discussed.
