ANOMALOUS SELF-DIFFUSION IN A SINGLE-CRYSTAL OF ALPHA-ZIRCONIUM

摘要
Self-diffusion was investigated over the temperature range 779 to 1128 K. The diffusivities vary in the range between 3. 28 multiplied by 10** minus **2**3 m**2 s** minus **1 and 1. 04 multiplied by 10** minus **1**8 m**2 s** minus **1. An anomalous behavior is observed in beta - and alpha -phase. Some results on the diffusion of **9**5Nb in alpha -Zr are reported.
