摘要
Glomeric acid, a new triterpenoid and pfameric acid, a new nortriterpenoid, have been isolated together with ecdysterone, rubrosterone, oleanolic acid and beta-glucopyranosyl oleanolate from Pfaffia glomerata. Their structures were elucidated as 15alpha-hydroxy-3-oxo-olean-1,12-dien-28-oic acid and 3beta,16beta,20beta-trihydroxy-30-norolean-12-en-28-oic acid, respectively. The H-1 and C-13 NMR spectra of the new compounds and rubrosterone were fully assigned using 2D NMR experiments.
