ENERGY-DEPENDENCE OF DECHANNELING DUE TO DISLOCATION LOOPS

摘要
A theoretical description of axial dechanneling due to a special type of dislocation loop is presented. It is based on the discontinuous model with the dechanneling matrix contribution due to the dislocation loops calculated by computer simulation. For two different orientations of the loops with respect to the channeling direction the energy dependence of the dechanneling is investigated and it is proved to be quite different. A part of the results is compared with those of other theoretical descriptions and with experimental data.
