摘要
IRAS Pointed Observations are used to study the pre-main sequence (PMS) objects associated with the reflection nebula Cederblad 110 in the Chamaeleon I star forming cloud. Nine PMS stars are identified, and near-infrared observations are presented and combined with IRAS data to investigate their evolutionary status. The nine objects represent various low-mass PMS stages from deeply embedded protostar candidates to naked T Tauri stars approaching the ZAMS, indicating that star formation has been going on for millions of years in the immediate vicinity of Cederblad 110. The two youngest PMS objects, Ced 110 IRS4 and Ced 110 IRS6, are projected on to the densest gas of the Chamaeleon I cloud suggesting an on-going star formation process in the Cederblad 110 region. Ced 110 IRS4 (L(bol) = 1.4 L.) and Ced 110 IRS6 (L(bol) = 1.0 L.) are both at the early stage of evolution where outflows can occur. We observed their immediate vicinity in the (CO)-C-12 line in order to detect high-velocity molecular gas. Emissions which are red- and blueshifted with respect to the cloud velocity appear to be spatially correlated with Ced 110 IRS4. According to the morphology of the (CO)-C-12 wing emission map, Ced 110 IRS4 is the most probable exciting star of Herbig-Haro objects 49 and 50.
