ELECTRICAL AND MAGNETIC-PROPERTIES OF ZN(X)CA(1-X)FE2O4 (X = 0.0-1.0) SYSTEM

摘要
In the present work we report of the study of electrical and magnetic properties of ZnxCa1-xFe2O4 ferrite system with a view to understand the dramatic changes of these properties reported by Kulkarni et al. and Ladds et al. We found that these properties indeed showed anomalies at x = 0.5 composition, but showed semiconductor behaviour. The anomalies suggest a configurational freezing of ions.
