THE ALLOY APPROACH TO THE PROBLEM OF MAGNETIC DISORDER IN DILUTED MAGNETIC SEMICONDUCTORS

摘要
We present a detailed derivation of a generalized alloy approach, which takes into account the magnetic disorder in the description of the spin splitting in diluted magnetic semiconductors. When the off-diagonal scattering terms are included in our calculations we get a good agreement with the experimental data on the asymmetric field dependent spin splitting and the concentration dependence of the energy gap.
