摘要
This paper is concerned with an analysis of the effects of fluctuations in a scattering medium on an incident plane quasimonochromatic wave of specified degree of polarization. We have determined the output degree of polarization, transmittance (gain), and output Stokes parameters of light after a scattering. It appears that optical measurements by means of polarized light are useful to describe disorder induced by the fluctuations in such a medium in the frame of the Jones or Mueller calculus.
