摘要
bone activity of hydroxyapatite thermal decomposition product was evaluated by the amount of new bone formation after implantation into the femur of rabbits. New bone formation was observed to be bonded to the entire adjacent surface of implanted ceramics at the metaphysis in 16 out of 20 specimens 12 weeks after implantation.
