摘要
A novel strategy for the preparation of solid-phase reactors by ''impregnation'' of a poly(vinyl chloride) coil with the reagent was carried out and applied to the fluorimetric flow injection determination of adrenaline. The calibration graph was linear over the range 5-25 mg l(-1) of adrenaline, the reproducibility (R.S.D.) was 1.8% (15 replicates) and the sample throughput 32 h(-1).
