摘要
The surface modification of silicas with epoxidized polybutadienes succeeds completely under optimal conditions of the synthesis with combination of properties of the polymer (functionality, pH-stability) and of the inorganic support (pressure stability, special surface properties). The best results are obtained using epoxidized polybutadienes with high amounts of 1,4-units in the polymer chain. The properties of the resulting reaction composites as for instance adsorption behaviour against organic dyes, specific surface area, delta-acceptor behaviour or polarity of the surface are influenced characteristically with increasing surface polymer concentration. The possibility to apply the optimized synthesis of the composites to typic supports for HPLC, Affinity Chromatography or to supports for the immobilization of proteins, encyms etc. is demonstrated.
