摘要
Deprotection of allyl groups from internucleotide phosphotriester functions can be achieved not only with Pd-0-mediated cleavage in the presence of an appropriate nucleophile but also under standard conditions for DNA fragments using conc. ammonia at elevated temperature. This observation widens the scope for chemical phosphorylation procedures based on phosphoramidite chemistry and creates possibilities for the preparation of hybrid molecules composed of DNA and peptides without modification of the solid phase synthesis approach.
